These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Primo Shop USA website and purchases made through it.
1. Business identity
This website and the Primo Shop USA online storefront are operated by Monger Pro LLC. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Monger Pro LLC.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer products and services.
2. Acceptance of terms
By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.
3. Online-store eligibility

4. Independent retailer and trademarks
Monger Pro LLC operates Primo Shop USA as an independent online retailer.
Neither Monger Pro LLC nor Primo Shop USA is affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Costco Wholesale Corporation or any other warehouse club, big-box retailer, or membership store.
Kirkland Signature and other brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification.
5. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, sizes, quantities, ingredients, features, and other information accurately. Product packaging, labeling, ingredients, and appearance can be changed by manufacturers without notice.
Customers should review the product packaging received and contact the manufacturer or a qualified professional when product information is important for allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, safety, or compatibility.
Website images may appear differently depending on the customer’s display.
6. Prices and availability
Prices, promotions, product availability, and purchase limits may change without notice. Displaying a product does not guarantee that it remains available.
If a pricing, inventory, or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.
